Join us and help define the future of secure access. Wavelynx is seeking a Configuration Management Analyst to join our team. This is a critical role responsible for performing configuration management (CM) functions to ensure product performance, functional, and physical attributes are consistent with requirements, design, and operational information.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or a technical discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in configuration management, document control, and/or engineering data management. Equivalent experience may be substituted in lieu of education.
  • 3+ years experience with Arena PLM software
  • Strong understanding of engineering documentation, BOM structures, revision control, and change management processes.
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail; capable of reviewing and correcting documentation packages for compliance

Nice To Haves

  • CM certifications (CMPIC, CMII, or equivalent)
  • 3+ years of experience with NetSuite MRP

Responsibilities

  • Control engineering, manufacturing, and quality documentation, including drawings, models, part numbers, BOMs, specifications, schematics, test procedures, and work instructions.
  • Manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), and Change Notices through the full lifecycle—routing, tracking, verifying completeness, and driving closure.
  • Establish and maintain compliance with drawing, specification, and document guidelines.
  • Ensure configuration compliance with ISO 9001 and internal CM policies
  • Work with manufacturing, design, and sales teams to ensure accurate BOM configurations, firmware documentation, and packaging specifications are released for builds
