About The Position

Key Responsibilities Product Lifecycle & Program Execution Develop a strong understanding of the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, including NPI, Customer Sampling (CS), post‑CS sustaining, and transition to high‑volume manufacturing. Track and support key program milestones, including test hardware, product revisions, quality events, and operational change points, ensuring minimal disruption to supply and schedules. Identify critical paths and risks across sustaining activities and communicate impacts, mitigation plans, and tradeoffs to core stakeholders. Build Planning & Supply Execution Generate and maintain build plans based on demand inputs from engineering and business teams, with ongoing adjustments to support post‑CS changes and sustaining needs. Drive execution of build plans with external suppliers, tracking material readiness, work‑in‑process (WIP), and finished goods to meet evolving program requirements. Identify material and hardware requirements (including test hardware and special configurations) and work with suppliers to ensure timely procurement considering lead times and constraints. Test Flow Changes & Enablement Support execution of test flow updates by coordinating material, test hardware, and supplier readiness in alignment with engineering change requirements. Track implementation of test and manufacturing changes across suppliers, ensuring alignment to approved schedules and minimizing operational risk. Act as an operations interface between engineering teams and suppliers to ensure test flow updates are executed accurately and consistently. Binning & Manufacturing Enablement Operations Support binning strategy enablement by coordinating operational readiness across suppliers, including material availability, system setup, and execution tracking. Monitor binning‑related build execution and work cross‑functionally to resolve issues impacting yield, throughput, or delivery commitments. Ensure operational changes related to binning and product configuration are properly communicated, executed, and sustained. Supplier & Stakeholder Management Communicate build requests, changes, and priorities to suppliers clearly and in a timely manner. Create purchase requisitions, track PO approvals, monitor build progress, and provide regular status updates to Program Management and chip/chipset teams. Lead regular operations reviews with program and engineering stakeholders to align on status, risks, and next steps. Troubleshoot supplier issues and work collaboratively to develop alternative schedules, processes, or mitigation plans as needed. Transition & Sustaining Support Partner with production and operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from NPI into sustaining and high‑volume manufacturing. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying operational gaps, inefficiencies, or risks observed during post‑CS execution.
