About The Position

The BCA Manufacturing & Safety organization is looking for a Senior Staff Analyst to join our Workforce Development and Planning Team . This is an exciting position that will directly support our senior manufacturing leaders in a critical role that will enable our training and staffing requirements. If you have significant experience directly supporting executives, creating executive level content in MS PowerPoint, collaborating across teams and functions, and driving business results this role could be for you! Our team is currently hiring a Senior (Level 4) Staff Analyst. Position will be based in Everett, WA. Staff Analyst will be required to regularly travel between sites in the WA Puget Sound and will have occasional travel to BCA locations outside of WA state.

Requirements

  • 7+ years’ experience working closely with Operations, Manufacturing, and/or production environment
  • 7+ years of job experience interfacing with and supporting senior leadership
  • 7+ years of experience producing and presenting presentations at the Executive level
  • 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • 7+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • 5+ years of experience demonstrating exceptional business, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Develops executive level briefings.
  • Analyzes and summarizes data used in the development and proposal of organizational direction (e.g., budget information, workforce levels, training requirements and equipment/facility needs).
  • Collaborates with subject matter experts, suppliers, partners and customers to deploy broad organizational training.
  • Leads the development, planning and execution of employee-related activities and initiatives.
  • Partners with organization leaders on long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives.
  • Reviews and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies implementation recommendations.
  • Provides continuous assessment of overall meeting/review architecture.
  • Leads the design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events.
  • Leads the development and maintenance of the project schedule and budget; monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status.
  • Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements.
  • Leads the development and deployment of training content.
