About The Position

Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC, a premier strategic services firm that meets IT and Service needs for commercial and government clients, is seeking a full-time Program Analyst (Junior). This position is a hybrid remote position in Alexandria, VA.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in bussieness or techical related technical field
• Min 1 year of relevant focused experience
• Able to obtain a Secret security clearance

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Navy ERP
• Solid relationship builder
• Quality Certification (ITIL, or other)

Responsibilities

• Analyzes the organization's strategic business needs
• Provide support to business managers, administrators, engineers, scientists, analysts, specialists, and/or technicians
• Assists more senior personnel performing work measurement studies, program/project operations efficiency reviews, cost studies, workload change impacts, or other business-related analyses
• Collects information for program or project milestones, financial, acquisition, policy, quality control, maintenance, or training documentation.
• Training and training plans
• Create workflow diagrams, mock-ups, and user stories to ensure the team and stakeholders are aligned before development begins
• Defines detailed requirements, analyzes business needs, and validates solutions with the client.
• Prepares and submits position and information papers in response to government requirements.
• Other tasks as assigned
