About The Position

Imagine One is currently looking for a Junior Program Analyst!  The successful candidate will support PMA-275. Duties will include providing program office analysis support; participate in meetings and support specified Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs); track program/project status and schedules, take minutes, prepare presentations, reports, studies and documentation. Work will be performed at Patuxent River Naval Station, Maryland. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following requirements: Required Experience: Junior - At least two (2) years of experience in a business or technical position performing duties described in the functional description.  A Junior level person is responsible for assisting more senior positions and/or performing functional duties under the oversight of more senior positions. Functional Description: The Junior Program Analyst provides support to the IPT such as scheduling/coordinating meetings, making travel arrangements in the Defense Travel System (DTS), filing, generating meeting minutes, tracking action items, research and preparation of briefing charts and other presentation materials.  Participates in developing and tracking project deadlines/milestones.   Composes correspondence, requiring some understanding of technical matters; works independently on assigned projects. Tracks program/project status and schedules, takes minutes, prepares presentations, reports, studies, documentation and manages databases.  Performs tasks under supervision. Requirements

  • At least two (2) years of experience in a business or technical position performing duties described in the functional description.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior technical or business writing experience.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
  • AS or AA degree
  • An additional four (4) years of experience may be substituted for an AS or AA degree.
  • US citizenship required
  • Active Secret clearance is required
