About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Program Analyst, Institutional Rates in Corporate & Investment Banking as part of Markets. In this role, you will: Participate in or provide support for low complexity initiatives within Securities Sales to meet the clients objectives Review issues, policies or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained, related to low-to-medium risk tasks and deliverables Receive direction from a manager Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, compliance, and risk management requirements for the Securities Sales area Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals Interact with internal and external clients

Requirements

  • 6+ months of Securities Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Registration for Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted
  • Registration for FINRA Series 63 (or 66) must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted
  • Registration for FINRA Series 7 (or 79) must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted
  • This position is subject to FINRA background screening requirements. Candidates must successfully complete and pass a background check prior to hire. In accordance with FINRA rules, individuals who are subject to statutory disqualification are not eligible to be associated with a FINRA-registered broker-dealer. Successful candidates must also meet and comply with ongoing regulatory obligations, which include periodic screening and mandatory reporting of certain incidents. Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired.
