About The Position

Leonardo DRS Land Systems is seeking a full time Program Analyst II for our West Plains, MO facility. This position will be responsible for managing the administrative tasks within the Combat Support Services (CSS) campaign as well and providing support to the individual program managers. Will work special projects within the campaign to include process improvements and integrated master schedule activities. The position will be used to develop and improve program management skills with a path to becoming a program manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of directly related experience
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Willing and able to travel up to 20% of the time

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Microsoft Project preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop plans, schedules and budgets to meet contractual requirements for a large program or several portions of a more complex program
  • Establish complex program plans and conduct in-depth research to define program requirements
  • Support program managers
  • Interface with all levels of the customer, vendors and internal departments to coordinate deliverables, budgets and schedules
  • Develop new methods for tracking and reporting program status statistics
  • Make recommendations to management on changes as appropriate
  • Assists with proposals efforts
  • May provide work leadership for lower level employees
  • Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization
