About The Position

Requirements
- BA/BS degree in administrative, management, communications, or relevant professional discipline
- 5+ years’ experience leading, managing, and overseeing academic strategic planning, performance management, and program and project evaluation activities
Nice To Haves
- Conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses and presenting results in data visualizations (e.g., charts, dashboards, etc.)
- Developing written performance reports that communicate an organization’s performance
- Developing organizational performance policies or guidance
- Establishing partnerships and coalitions across business areas or teams to drive organizational improvements
