ODA is looking for a dynamic leader to join the Executive Leadership team as the Program Administrator. This position reports to Aging’s Chief Administrative Officer and has responsibility for providing strategic direction &/or recommendations for cross-divisional projects. The Program Administrator will manage cross-divisional projects and provide technical advice to assist the Chief Program Officer and the Chief Administrative Officer in decision making. The job duties of this position include but are not limited to: Program management Coordinate and lead internal strategy meetings Analyzing and evaluating program policies and directives Submit recommendations for programs Provides strategic administrative support to Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Program Officer Manages and coordinates high-profile speaking engagements and public appearances For more in-depth duties, please click here to view the position description.
