About The Position

Ivy Street School is a small year‑round private residential special education school serving neurodiverse adolescents (13–22). We support students through a multidisciplinary, student‑first model.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; 1+ year administrative experience (school setting preferred)
  • Strong Excel, calendar, and email skills
  • Excellent organization and time‑management
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
  • Background check and drug/alcohol screen required; CPR/First Aid provided upon hire

Responsibilities

  • Maintain digital and hard-copy student records, rosters, and guardianship/status lists
  • Manage program calendars, templates, and daily communication logs
  • Track IEP timelines, send quarterly IEP progress notes/report cards
  • Audit service notes (EEC), assist with Medicaid and district billing, prepare billing reports
  • Manage virtual resources, order supplies, handle petty cash, provide milieu coverage as needed
