Requirements

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point required
  • Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • General business administration and office management
  • Account management
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with high degree of attention to detail
  • Superior time management and planning
  • Problem solver and solution driven

Responsibilities

  • Support and uphold the Mission of The Salvation Army.
  • General Account Management:
  • Billing management
  • Monthly invoicing
  • Order food and program supplies
  • Maintain and build relationships with vendors
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Corps Officers to ensure program is meeting deadlines and guidelines
  • Liaison between The Salvation Army and Warren County
  • Seek out all cost-effective options to save program money
