The Program Accounts Lead is responsible for the end-to-end operational ownership of gearUP’s highest-impact program accounts. This role moves beyond coordination and into strategic execution, risk governance, cross-functional leadership, and performance optimization. The Lead serves as the operational authority for seasonal and large-scale program demand—ensuring alignment between Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Technology. This individual is accountable for delivery performance, operational readiness, continuous improvement, and customer experience at scale. This is a high-visibility role requiring executive-level communication, strong operational acumen, and the ability to lead through ambiguity during peak seasonal demand.
