About The Position

Elovate is looking for a Professional Services Project Associate to successfully execute client implementations for Backend Solutions, monitor and deliver Public Safety projects worldwide for the Transportation line of business. They will contribute to and manage projects, backend timelines, and communicate status updates to key stakeholders. This position will report to the Implementation Manager under Elovate’s Public Safety division and be responsible for managing client implementations for Backend Solutions (this list is not all inclusive: Business Rules, Database Setup Execution, IVR Script submissions, Merchant ID/Lockbox Setup) and help the client and the internal team prepare for program launches. Successful candidates must have a strong sense of urgency and to drive Backend implementations to completion and be successful in a collaborative environment. Communication skills are critical as well as balancing both client and internal team objectives while adhering to established timelines and contract scope.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated excellence in communication and problem-solving, with the ability to engage effectively via phone, web conferencing, and email with external clients, third-party vendors, and other Elovate team members.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the public safety services sector.
  • Proven experience interfacing with external clients through written communication, telephone discussions, in-person meetings, and project-level coordination.
  • Proficiency with MS Project, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, DevOps tools, and Jira is required.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced work environment.
  • Demonstrated capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional attention to detail across all responsibilities.
  • Communicates complex information and ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Backend database experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform technically driven activities in alignment with project and client requirements.
  • Contribute to and manage various project initiatives, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Apply analytical and critical-thinking skills to identify issues, develop solutions, and make informed recommendations.
  • Build and leverage productive working relationships with key stakeholders to influence outcomes and drive progress.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the entire client program lifecycle.
  • Execute Backend Implementation tasks (including but not limited to): Client Business Rules Database setup and updates DMV status updates, IVR script, setup Pay-by-Web configuration, Lockbox setup, Banking and SDU setup, Creation of Notices, Correspondence documentation, Smoke testing.
  • Execute, monitor, and control database changes.
  • Create, track, and manage Jira tickets from initiation through closure.
  • Conduct testing in Integration environments prior to Production deployment.
  • Assist with Purchase Order creation, equipment tracking, and front-end activities if required.
  • Support onboarding processes for new vendors as needed.
  • Achieve results through individual contributions or participation in cross-functional project teams, utilizing subject-matter expertise.
