Available Location: Alpharetta, GA Hybrid Working: Team members are expected to come into the Alpharetta office as needed, based on business requirements and team collaboration needs. There is no fixed minimum number of in-office days; instead, attendance will be determined by project demands, meetings, and manager guidance. Any changes to your primary work location should follow the appropriate process as outlined in our handbook. What you'll do We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our dynamic Professional Services team. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects by overseeing and managing all aspects of project execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality results. We are looking for an individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• 2+ years of project management or related experience
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong familiarity with project tracking software tools and methodologies
• Strong time management skills and a high attention to detail
• Ability to influence others and drive project success
• Takes initiative and shows proactive leadership
• Decisiveness in making critical project-related decisions
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all audience levels
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Nice To Haves

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and in- budget

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to support the development of comprehensive project statements of work that outline project objectives , scope, deliverables, and timelines
• Organize and lead kickoff meetings to align all stakeholders and set project expectations
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines, ensuring tasks are clearly defined and deadlines are met
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional services or products to enhance project value
• Continuously assess project progress and identify the next steps for successful execution
• Proactively manage and mitigate scope creep to ensure project stays on track
• Ensure that products are successfully implemented and adopted by end-users
• Verify that all services and deliverables are provided as per the project scope
• Ensure all project tasks are completed, and the scope is fulfilled
• Gather feedback from clients and stakeholders to assess project success and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with clients to define project scope and timelines based on their goals
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to schedule tasks and meet project milestones
• Continuously monitor project progress, identify issues, and make adjustments as necessary
• Provide regular project status updates to key stakeholders and leadership
