Position Overview: We are seeking an outgoing, motivated, hands-on Professional Services Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have independent judgment and discretion in managing all aspects of company resources to be allocated to billable projects, and to analyze all completed projects for revenue recognition criteria. You will be responsible for driving tactical day-to-day operations of the professional services organization including forecasting, reporting, dash boarding of project finance and resource utilization. The successful candidate will have an ability to synthesize data from different sources, to streamline key business processes, function with remote teams and drive performance improvements. They will have exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
