We're on the lookout for a sharp, enthusiastic Professional Services Summer Intern to join our team this summer in Chicago, IL. If you're eager to get real-world experience, love the idea of working with AI tools, and want to walk away with skills that set you apart — read on!
What You'll Be Working On
This isn't a "make copies and get coffee" internship. You'll be doing real work alongside our Professional Services team, including:
AI Enablement — Getting hands-on with tools like Claude and Guidde to help our team work smarter. You'll assist in building and rolling out AI-powered workflows that people actually use.
Process Improvement — Taking a fresh look at our Project Management processes and helping us find ways to make them better, faster, and more efficient.
Team Collaboration — Working closely with consultants and project managers on live initiatives, contributing ideas, and seeing the impact of your work firsthand.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field
• Graduating in 2027 or 2028 (juniors and seniors preferred, but all are welcome to apply)
• Genuinely curious about AI and how it's changing the way businesses operate
• Organized, detail-oriented, and not afraid to ask good questions
• A strong communicator who can hold their own in a professional setting

Nice To Haves

• Any exposure to project management tools or concepts is a bonus — but not required
