Job Description Sprinklr is looking for a Professional Services Summer Intern to join our global Services team. In this role, you will help support customer implementations, analyze data, and contribute to technical configuration projects. You’ll gain exposure to how enterprise customers adopt and scale Sprinklr solutions in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Business Technology, or a related field
  • Strong interest in technical consulting, SaaS, or customer implementations
  • Experience with data analysis using Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, or Python is a plus
  • Interest in system configuration and technical problem solving
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Customer Implementation & Configuration Support the configuration and setup of Sprinklr solutions for customer use cases.
  • Assist with documenting requirements, workflows, and implementation processes.
  • Help test and validate configurations to ensure successful delivery.
  • Data Analysis & Insights Analyze customer and product data to uncover trends and opportunities.
  • Slice and interpret data to support project decisions and customer success.
  • Help create reports and dashboards for internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Technical & Strategic Initiatives Support technical initiatives across the Professional Services team.
  • Assist with research and projects focused on improving delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
