Requirements

• You bring 3+ years of dedicated experience in a Professional Services Consulting or implementation role.
• You possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience.
• You are a natural communicator with a proven talent for relationship-building, training, and navigating complex client negotiations.
• You have a track record of proactive problem-solving, risk mitigation, and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.

Nice To Haves

• Background or prior experience in construction operations and estimating.
• Familiarity with heavy civil construction software ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead high-impact customer implementation and migration projects, owning the journey from post-sale through to pre-support.
• Architect custom software solutions and sophisticated integration plans that bridge the gap between client needs and operational excellence.
• Guide industry leaders through process improvements by configuring cutting-edge B2W software and hardware integrations.
• Lead immersive client training and deployment phases, ensuring seamless adoption of innovative digital construction tools.
• Drive the evolution of construction workflows by identifying and incorporating AI technologies into client-specific reporting and integration solutions.
