To further this important mission, we are seeking a Professional Services Manager to lead a team of high-performing Implementation Consultants. The Professional Services team partners with Stripe's largest and most complex users to lead them through the integration process and bring them live on Stripe. Managers at Stripe focus on our largest and most complex users and are responsible for the end-to-end process of scoping, selling, and managing the professional services provided to those users. You'll inspire & motivate individual development and career growth and develop and execute the long-term strategy and vision of the Professional Services team. You'll also be tasked with being able to identify, develop, launch, and execute to completion strategic and operational initiatives designed to uplevel the team's capabilities.
