About The Position

ePS Packaging is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to join our North American Packaging Services team. In this role, you will deliver professional services to new and existing ePS customers, supporting the successful implementation and optimization of our ERP/MIS solutions. Services may include system implementation, business analysis, documentation, development, and troubleshooting across software, operating systems, networks, databases, and related technologies. Engagements are delivered both onsite at customer locations and remotely via phone, email, and online collaboration tools. This is a remote position based anywhere in the United States, preferably near a major airport.

Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Printing, or a related field, or have equivalent professional experience
  • Have 4+ years of experience delivering professional services and/or custom development for web-based software solutions (printing or packaging industry experience preferred)
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational, communication, writing, and problem-solving skills
  • Are comfortable presenting to clients and stakeholders
  • Have experience with ERP/MIS systems
  • Are knowledgeable in computer operating systems and relational databases
  • Can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Understand client/server architecture
  • Are willing to travel up to 60%

Nice To Haves

  • Have accounting knowledge (preferred, but not required)
  • Have 4+ years of experience delivering professional services and/or custom development for web-based software solutions (printing or packaging industry experience preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver consulting services for eProductivity Software ERP/MIS and related applications within the packaging industry
  • Provide consulting support for accounting-related applications
  • Develop, maintain, and deliver standardized training documentation and materials
  • Identify client issues promptly, escalate as needed, and drive timely resolution to meet project milestones
  • Partner with clients to analyze business requirements and deliver tailored solutions using core product functionality and industry best practices
  • Plan, organize, and manage client customization deliverables for Professional Services projects
  • Transfer ERP and industry-specific knowledge using ePS consulting methodologies and documentation
  • Collaborate with teammates to resolve issues and ensure project success
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and ambassador for eProductivity Software
