SUMMARY: Dermalogica is seeking a strategic and results-driven Professional Marketing Director to lead US brand strategy and execution within the professional skincare channel. This role is responsible for driving growth among professional skin therapists and B2B retail partners by developing compelling marketing strategies, strengthening sales partnerships, and leading a high-performing marketing team. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with deep experience in B2B marketing, professional beauty or skincare channels, and commercial growth strategy. They bring strong strategic thinking, operational rigor, and a passion for supporting the professional skin therapist community.

Requirements

  • 812+ years of marketing experience, with experience in B2B, professional beauty, skincare, or related industries.
  • Proven success in building and executing channel-specific brand strategies that drive measurable revenue growth.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience partnering closely with Sales teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in marketing planning, CRM/lifecycle marketing programs, campaign development, and budget management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Passion for professional skincare and supporting the skin care professional community.
