Production-2nd shift
About The Position
Viwinco, Inc, a manufacturer of custom-made, high-performance, beautiful windows and patio doors, is seeking hard-working, dedicated and reliable 2nd shift Production Workers to work at our Morgantown, PA headquarters. You will work within different areas of our production line which include, but not limited to assembling windows and patio doors, operate machinery when needed, ensure production standards are met, finalize products and prepare them for shipping. We have an exciting opportunity in our Production department to come and be part of a successful and growing window and door manufacturing company. Compensation: $18.00/hr + 15% shift differential Hours: 3 :30pm-12:00am (must be reliable); overtime and Saturdays required.
Requirements
- At least 1 year experience in Manufacturing
- Must be familiar with hand tools
- Must be able to read a tape measure.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to stand for a long period of time.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast pace environment.
- Steel-toed shoes required (up to a $75 reimbursed once hired).
Responsibilities
- Working on the production line and meeting production targets.
- Following production guidelines and specifications.
- Operating and maintaining machinery and production line equipment
- Assembling products and parts.
- Monitoring the assembly line and removing faulty products.
- Finalizing and packaging products for shipment.
- Reporting any issues to the supervisor on duty.
- Following health and safety standards and wear appropriate PPE
- Maintaining a clean workstation and production floor.
- Performing other tasks as assigned.
