We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift to join our team in Killingly, Connecticut. In this role, you will focus on developing and managing a high performance production team. You will: Lead the team in executing the production plan while consistently meeting SPIROL's standards of performance; Take direct responsibility for all key elements of success for the department, including ensuring that the team has the necessary knowledge, tools and environment to maximize both personal and SPIROL success; Investigate production variances and overcome production obstacles with a root cause / permanent corrective action approach.

Requirements

Associate's Degree in Business or Technical Field
5+ years' supervisory experience in manufacturing, with SPC, Quality Systems or ISO experience
Demonstrated mechanical, mathematical and analytical aptitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong leadership qualities with a focus towards the principles of Total Quality Management
Excellent interpersonal skills

Responsibilities
