About The Position
The Production Verification Technician is responsible for verifying that manufactured parts and assemblies match approved engineering drawings, ensuring all required components for each booth or project are present, and preparing verified materials for shipping and crating. This role serves as a critical gate between production, inventory, and shipping by confirming dimensional accuracy, completeness, and documentation before materials move forward.
Responsibilities
- Verify manufactured parts and assemblies against approved engineering drawings
- Perform basic dimensional checks using tape measures and standard measuring tools
- Confirm part orientation, hole locations, overall size, and general conformity to prints
- Identify discrepancies between drawings and physical parts
- Locate, gather, and organize all required parts for each booth or project
- Verify that all parts listed on the BOM or build documentation are present
- Ensure parts are grouped, staged, and ready for crating or shipment
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Shipping to resolve missing or unclear items
