About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of various machines, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards. The Machine Operator will play a crucial role in monitoring equipment, conducting routine checks, and troubleshooting issues to ensure smooth production processes. This Position can be Temp to Perm.

Requirements

Must be able to lift 50-100lbs.
Must be able to stand 8-12 hours.
Basic math skills required.

Nice To Haves

High School diploma or GED preferred.
1-2 years manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Completion of general safety training.
Completion of ISO training.
Completion of Forklift safety training.
Ability to operate packaging equipment and machines.
Familiarity with packaging specifications.
Identify quality issues and report to Production Lead.
Maintain a clean work environment.
Quickly respond to any line stops and assist in making the line operational again.
Maintain an organized supply of production supplies, and report any shortages to Production Lead.
Prepare for shift and proactively plan for items needed during production to minimize lost time.
Perform any other task assigned by the Production Lead.
