Production Team Member – Print & Signage

Sir Speedy of Bethpage is a family-owned print, signage, and visual branding company serving commercial business clients across the country. We’re looking for a hands-on Production Team Member who wants to do more than just run one machine all day. This is a general production role where you’ll be trained across print, signage, finishing, shipping, and installation support. Requirements
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and hands-on
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort with tools and equipment
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required)
- Comfortable with the physical demands of a production environment
Nice To Haves
- Print, signage, or production experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person
Responsibilities
- Assist with digital print production, setup, and quality control
- Operate bindery and finishing equipment (cutters, folders, laminators, etc.)
- Produce and finish rigid and flexible signage
- Prep materials, weed vinyl, mount, trim, and package completed jobs
- Prepare orders for delivery or shipping
- Occasionally assist with local sign and graphics installations
