Requirements
- No prior cheesemaking experience required - we value your willingness and drive to learn
- Must be 18+ and able to lift 65 lbs
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a sense of humor
- Weekend availability is required. Every employee works at least one weekend day per week.
Responsibilities
- Learn and master cheesemaking (milk receiving, pasteurizer & vat operation, cheddaring, hooping, pressing, packaging, shipping)
- Maintain detailed production records
- Follow and uphold Good Manufacturing Practices
- Regular cleaning and sanitization of production equipment
- Collaborate with a supportive, fun team and share in our tradition of excellence
