Requirements

  • Proven ability or willingness to become forklift certified.
  • Ability to use a full-face respirator safely and effectively.
  • Comfort with exposure to heat, noise, and dust.
  • Physical capability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous manufacturing or fabrication experience.
  • Experience using grinding tools or similar equipment.
  • Background in steelworking, machining, or foundry operations.
  • Strong team player with adaptability and a hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

  • Operate adjustable table-mounted grinders and belt sanders to grind and fit metal cast assemblies, ensuring precision and quality in every piece.
  • Execute and sustain performance relative to established processes, safety documents, and work instructions to maintain consistent production standards.
  • Use hand grinding tools and dimensional gauges to fit adapters, points, and stainless sleeves accurately, contributing to the reliability of finished products.
  • Engage in hands-on manufacturing tasks, maintain equipment, and collaborate closely with team members to meet production goals.
  • Demonstrate excellent attendance, adherence to safety protocols, and consistent quality output to support team success and operational efficiency.
  • Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.
