Production Team Leader (2nd Shift)
About The Position

As the Production Team Leader – 2nd Shift, you’ll provide hands-on leadership for second-shift manufacturing operations across Press, Finishing, Bindery, and Mailing. This role blends people leadership with process excellence to ensure safe, high-quality, and efficient production in support of our commitment to “For the Gospel: World Class Manufacturing & Fulfillment.”
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Business Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) with 5+ years of manufacturing experience and required leadership or supervisory background.
- Experience operating manufacturing equipment; print and bindery experience preferred; forklift/HILO experience a plus.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and analytical skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, familiarity with Google Workspace, and English/Spanish bilingual ability preferred.
- A mature Christian faith with a passion for global Bible engagement and discipleship.
- Commitment to ODBM’s statement of faith, mission, and values, demonstrated through a life consistent with biblical principles and ongoing spiritual growth.

Responsibilities
- Lead all second‑shift production operations across Press, Finishing, Bindery, and Mailing with a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
- Coach, train, and develop manufacturing employees while fostering accountability, collaboration, and a “flow to work” mindset.
- Partner with Production, Warehouse, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Maintenance to ensure smooth production flow, effective shift transitions, and reliable equipment performance.
- Track and report key performance metrics, maintain SOPs, support performance reviews, and provide hands‑on operational support as needed.
