Coordinate, direct, and motivate employees to ensure that work is completed and orders are processed to exceed customer’s expectations. Assist the OFC management team as a leader in all OFC departments whenever necessary. Complete workload / process orders to exceed customer’s expectations by efficiently, accurately, and safely processing the workload. Focus on actions that promote efficiency, accuracy, safety, and ongoing customer service through all downstream and upstream operations. Take actions that support the company’s customer service objectives. Support all functions of the OFC by successfully performing in a variety of positions within the operation. Follow and enforce all procedures and guidelines to exceed customer’s expectations. Supervisory Responsibilities: Assist the department supervisor and manager in leading and directing employees. Carry out responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: training employees; planning; assigning and directing work; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Position Specifics: This position requires a M – F schedule, 3:30pm – 12:00am, with overtime as needed. The area of the operation this Team Leader is responsible for will be discussed in the interview process.
