You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, implement efficient solutions, and drive continuous enhancement of our production systems. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for streamlining operations to maximize productivity and quality. This is a onsite role based in Fort Collins, CO. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred. (or equivalent experience)
Experience in production systems optimization or manufacturing operations.
Strong analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook. (Power BI and Power Automate preferred)
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Evaluate existing production systems and processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Ensure accurate completion of batch processes.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize production workflows and enhance efficiency.
Collaborate with teams to integrate new technologies and automation solutions.
Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
Provide technical support for production systems and operational procedures.
Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
Lead cross-functional teams in process improvement projects.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Evaluate new software and technologies for production improvement.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
