About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Production Support Analyst to join our team and provide exceptional process and workflow support to our users. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting applications/systems, as well as ensuring the smooth functioning of processes and workflows that are integral to the daily operations of our firm. Your expertise and attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our systems, ultimately contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Requirements

Typically requires minimum of 3 years of experience.
May require vocational or technical education, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Communicates clearly and concisely
Troubleshoots a range of user workflow and process issues directly with the user, providing hands-on support
Refers more complex problems to supervisors or other experts
Contributes to work flow or process change and redesign to form a basic understanding of specific function
Participates in meetings and continuing education to improve individual, departmental, and organizational performance
Effectively works with other internal teams to triage and escalate issues that cannot be resolved by our team
Experience working with Applied EPIC or CSR24 is a plus
