About The Position
A client of Sharp Decisions Inc. is looking to bring on a Production Support Analyst to be based in Tampa, FL.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience supporting local and remote end users in high-energy work environment
Responsibilities
- Acknowledge and act on application alerts displayed on monitoring tools.
- Perform sanity checks at regular interval in PROD and PSE environments for above mentioned applications.
- Perform other health checks at the prescribed times.
- Incident resolution as per defined run book and process documentation
- Incident ownership and escalation until resolution or acceptance of the issue by another team.
- Generation, posting and purging of participant, public and regulator reports in conjunction with other teams.
- Monitor GTR ingestion flow.
- Perform pre and post validation check during changes/releases
- Perform Disaster Recovery test activities and shake-out tests
- Participate in Disaster Recovery Exercises
- Follow the sun support responsibility supporting all jurisdictions on a shift basis covering 24x7x365.
- Handling any activity for any region within the local time zone coverage.
