As a Production Supervisor, you’ll lead 25–50 team members on the production floor and keep operations running safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Production runs 5am to 3:30pm Monday-Thursday with frequent mandatory overtime on Fridays and occasionally on Saturdays.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s preferred)
  • 3+ years of manufacturing supervision or team lead experience
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountable
  • Comfortable delivering tough messages and leading through change
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Computer proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, email)

Nice To Haves

  • Machining experience
  • Engine component knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop production team members and team leaders
  • Plan staffing, schedules, and daily production execution
  • Drive performance through clear communication of goals and expectations
  • Partner with Quality to ensure production meets IATF standards
  • Identify production delays and works with Production Manager to solve problems
  • Support employee engagement, accountability, and team culture
  • Participate in hiring, performance management, and succession planning
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
  • Contribute to departmental budgeting and cost improvement efforts
  • Support and live out our Open Book Management philosophy
