About The Position

As a Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring daily operations run efficiently while fostering strong communication and accountability across departments. Responsibilities

• Supervise and support all production and plant employees
• Plan and stage daily work by department to meet production goals
• Monitor workflow, productivity, and quality standards
• Foster clear communication across departments to ensure smooth operations
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members
• Step in as needed to support production activities and maintain workflow
