We are looking for a Production Supervisor to join our growing team in Madison, TN.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years' warehouse or plant management experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong organizational and oral communications skills
Computer literate, general PC applications
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, motivational, and customer service skills

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Bilingual Spanish preferred
Proficiency in Excel
Experience in the Healthcare industry

Responsibilities

Manage Production Associates
Manage production standards
Manage production schedule that delivers required products
Establish and manage a Quality Assurance program that meets customer requirements
Manage product control program to minimize loss, including clean return audits and load-out management
Manage Safety & Health Program, ensuring full compliance with all OSHA regulations and maintaining high associate approval rating
