Production Supervisor
About The Position
Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Lead daily production activities to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent aggregate plant operations. Coordinate workforce scheduling, task assignments, and operational priorities to meet production targets. Monitor equipment performance and partner with maintenance teams to support reliability and uptime. Ensure adherence to safety standards, environmental compliance, and company operating procedures. Promote continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, quality, and team engagement.
Requirements

- Ability to oversee production processes and make sound operational decisions in real time.
