And you won’t do it alone — you’ll be mentored by experienced Supervisors and Managers as you grow your skills in problem-solving, safety, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead People Inspire, coach, and develop team members to reach their best.
• Foster a respectful, accountable, people-first culture.
• Kick off every shift with clear, focused huddles on goals, safety, and priorities.
• Drive Operations Keep production safe, efficient, and on track from start to finish.
• Partner with Quality Assurance (QA) and operations teams to uphold safety, quality, and compliance.
• Step in to run equipment or provide coverage when needed to keep the team moving forward.
• Ensure Excellence Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Reinforce GMPs and food safety practices every day.
• Spot issues early, escalate fast, and keep the lines flowing.
