The expected annual salary range for this role is $83250.0 - $122100.0 a year. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. What you’ll do: Eaton is seeking a 1st Shift Production Supervisor position at a dynamic manufacturing site supporting the rapidly growing demand for its electrical solutions in Beaver, PA. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing AND/OR operations environment
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the specified job location(s) will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing OR operations environment
• Minimum 1 year supervisory/management experience
• Demonstrated ability to successfully lead and implement change activities
• Working knowledge of current manufacturing, engineering, materials management and quality assurance methods and practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to coach and motivate employees
• Demonstrated ability to build positive working relationships at all levels in the organization
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing and 5S
• Lean/Six Sigma knowledge and understanding

Responsibilities

• Foster a safety-first environment and actively promote practices that prevent incidents.
• Implement safety programs to minimize workplace accidents.
• Oversee the allocation of manpower within your assigned area, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and maintaining 5S+ standards while meeting or exceeding productivity expectations.
• Address safety concerns promptly and take corrective actions as needed.
• Report process and equipment problems promptly and collaborate with relevant personnel for assistance.
• Train, upgrade, and evaluate operators’ skills.
• Provide ongoing coaching and development to enhance performance is essential, and regular reviews of operator performance are necessary.
• Maintain positive employee relations and adhere to labor contract provisions.
• Apply fair and judicious disciplinary measures when required.
• Keep accurate records of employee attendance, performance, and departmental activities.
• Upkeep employee timecards for accurate and prompt payroll.
