As a Production Supervisor, you’ll play a critical role in driving efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement on the shop floor.   • Plan and execute production activities to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals
  • Prioritize schedules based on delivery commitments, equipment, and material availability
  • Supervise and develop team members, including hiring, training, and performance reviews
  • Monitor production lines and implement efficiency improvements
  • Prepare and analyze production reports and metrics
  • Coordinate cross-training and ensure smooth shift handovers
  • Maintain compliance with ISO/AS9100 standards and company policies
  • Lead 6S initiatives and support Lean/Kaizen activities
  • Resolve production issues and recommend corrective actions
  • Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills (required)
  • Ability to manage schedules, resources, and team performance (required)
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 6S principles (required)
  • Familiarity with ISO and/or AS9100 standards (required)
  • U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance (required)
  • Associate degree in Electronics or related field; Bachelor’s preferred (required)
  • 2–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing (required)
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems and production software (advantage)
