About The Position

Stryten Energy manufactures proprietary and custom injection molding products serving the industrial lead battery, automotive and consumer markets. Stryten Energy is expanding battery poly manufacturing and recycling output to help solve industry-wide supply constraints. Production Supervisors are responsible for overall supervision of all employees on the shift. They lead the shift to maximize output of quality products at minimum costs and supervise all other plant departments when other Supervisors are not in the facility.

Requirements

Previous supervisory experience
Excellent coaching and communication skills
Broad knowledge of production planning processes
Proficient PC skills using MS Office programs, email and other systems.
Understanding of production requirements and ensure production is meet those requirements
Able to deal with complex issues in a fast-paced setting
Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize with changing situations.
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to drive tasks to completion.
Able to handle multiple priorities and work well under pressure.
Ability to communicate accurately and comfortably with all levels of management.
Ability to follow all environmental, health and safety procedure
Proven satisfactory work history (attendance and performance). This must be maintained. Attendance is critical to this position.

Understands and communicates all hazards and safety issues to co-workers and managers/supervisors. Properly uses all personal protective equipment
Communicate ideas and results to operators, peers, and management.
Provide troubleshooting and problem-solving assistance to facility.
Understands and follows procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Maintain a clean and organized work area through general housekeeping and 5S activities
Attend all required trainings and meetings.
Other responsibilities as assigned to meet the needs of the business.
