Join our team as a Production Supervisor, where you'll oversee operations, lead a dynamic team, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in a clean manufacturing environment. In this role you'll make an impact by: Leading and mentoring employees to achieve production goals while fostering a positive, safety-first culture. Managing daily operations, prioritizing tasks, and monitoring performance metrics. Driving process improvements using lean manufacturing principles and 5S. Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards (GMP, Food Safety, Kosher/Halal). Troubleshooting issues, coordinating maintenance, and upholding equipment functionality.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with proven leadership abilities.
Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization.
Working knowledge of continuous improvement practices and Microsoft Office tools.
Hands-on leadership in a fast-paced production environment.
Requires occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs) and use of PPE in production areas.
Minimal travel (up to 10%).
