About The Position

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead hourly team members to safely execute daily production plans while driving continuous improvement in quality, efficiency, and team engagement within a manufacturing environment. Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts (2-2-3) - One week you work: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday; Next week you work Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday A Taste of Your Responsibilities Lead and coordinate daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets. Coach, train, and develop production employees to support consistent performance and engagement. Identify production issues and constraints and lead team‑based problem solving to drive timely resolution. Ensure materials, equipment, and staffing are aligned to maintain production schedules. Enforce plant rules, policies, and food safety requirements to maintain a clean and compliant environment. Support and promote plant safety programs, including adherence to required safety practices and procedures. Participate in daily production planning, line performance reviews, and shift handoff meetings. Drive execution of standard work and daily direction setting to achieve operational goals. Ingredients Required for Your Success Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 3+ years of supervisory experience preferred. Manufacturing experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced environment. Physical Requirements More information about essential tasks and the facility will be shared during the hiring process. This role may require you to be in our manufacturing facilities. When visiting these sites, the physical requirements below may apply: You may be required to walk around the facility, climb stairs/ladders, kneel, or perform repetitive tasks that require hand-eye coordination. You may be required to lift or carry materials that can vary in weight and size. This is a manufacturing environment with large, moving equipment. Noise levels can be high, and temperatures may vary. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced environment.
