Supervise and coordinate production operations for the assigned shift to ensure safety, quality, and production goals are achieved. Manage shift operations to maximize capacity, minimize downtime, and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures. Serve as the primary safety contact for the shift by identifying hazards, addressing incidents, and escalating concerns as needed. Partner with Quality, Maintenance, Inventory Control, and Production leadership to support sanitation, food safety, and operational efficiency. Monitor HACCP and GMP compliance and ensure accurate completion of all production-related documentation. Lead, train, and oversee shift employees, including hiring, scheduling, performance management, and daily work direction.

Requirements

  • One or more years of supervisory experience.
  • Manufacturing experience required, with food manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with sound judgment.
  • Ability to remain flexible and adapt to changing priorities and operational needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated competencies in integrity, accountability, reliability, cooperation, and initiative.
