About The Position

Production Shift Lead Rosemount, MN | Full-Time | Night Shift Know the plant. Run the shift. Be the one others count on. You know how the operation flows. You know where things slow down. EGA Spectro Alloys is a high-volume aluminum recycling and foundry operation in Rosemount, MN. Our Shift Leads are cross-trained operators who can jump into multiple roles, support the Foreman, and help the crew hit production goals safely and efficiently. This is a working leadership role. You are on the floor. In the action. Setting the tone. Starting at $24.50 per hour (plus 1.30/hr differential) Night Shift: 4:45pm to 5:00am Rotating 3-2-2-3 schedule (3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off) More days off built into the rotation. Serious responsibility when you are here. What You’ll Do Step into operator roles as needed including scrap and dross handling, packing and shipping, and casting support Support or cover Production Foreman responsibilities when needed Help organize workflow and keep production moving Train and support newer team members Reinforce safety standards and lead by example Coordinate with Maintenance to reduce downtime Complete production documentation accurately Communicate clearly and directly with the team You will not sit behind a desk. Requirements

  • 3 or more years in an industrial manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of production flow
  • Ability to step into multiple roles confidently
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Clear communicator
  • Reliable attendance

Nice To Haves

  • Foundry, recycling, or heavy manufacturing experience
  • Experience training others
  • Bilingual English and Spanish

Responsibilities
