About The Position

Were looking for a highly organized and proactive Production Scheduler to manage the order fulfillment process from start to finish ensuring that every customer order moves smoothly from entry through production and delivery. This role is vital in balancing customer needs, plant capacity, and efficiency while maintaining clear communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process incoming customer orders and ensure on-time production and delivery.
• Communicate effectively with Sales, Operations, and Freight Services to align schedules and resolve any potential delays.
• Utilize the Rehrig Management System to monitor work standards and apply A3 problem-solving to close process gaps.
• Manage floor stock levels based on seasonality and demand while avoiding overstock.
• Update production schedules daily in RIMS and proactively communicate any changes that may affect delivery.
• Optimize freight coordination to reduce shipping costs and support efficient logistics.
• Identify root causes of scheduling and fulfillment gaps, implement corrective actions, and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service, Production, and Shipping teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
