General Description: Coordinate and revise make sheets, detailing amount and type of product to be made; deliver to appropriate personnel. Troubleshoot problems and concerns from office and sales. Work closely with plant management and customer service to notify of changes and keep apprised of problems, and tour production floor to continue familiarity with operations and to ensure understanding of production and products. Attend meetings as required. Oversee and manage consumption tasks within the ERP system, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation. Supervise the person responsible for consumption data, regularly reviewing and validating their work to ensure proper completion of the process in BC foods.
