About The Position

Revere Plastics is looking for a detail-oriented Production Scheduler to lead plant scheduling and drive improvements in on-time delivery, inventory turns, and capacity planning. This position is key to aligning production plans with customer demand, ensuring materials and labor are efficiently scheduled, and supporting plant-level execution. Strong ERP experience (IQMS preferred), communication skills, and a data-driven mindset are critical to success.

Requirements

  • 3 plus years of experience in production scheduling and/or supply chain management
  • BS/BA in Supply Chain, Operations, Business or related fields
  • Proficient in ERP Systems (IQMS Preferred) and strong Excel skills
  • Key Characteristics Required – Positive Attitude, Problem Solver, Multi-Tasking, Activator, Detail Oriented, Embrace Change
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Able to communicate effectively across departments and lead through influence

Nice To Haves

  • APEX certification preferred
  • Experience with SIOP, MRP and capacity planning preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain production schedule based on forecast, demand and capacity
  • Coordinate closely with Operations, materials and Customers to ensure alignment
  • Adjust schedules as needed to balance labor, equipment and material availability
  • Identify and resolve schedule conflicts and constraints
  • Communicate daily with customers and manage release, CUMS and resolve discrepancies
  • Gemba Walk Inventory
  • Develop pick tickets for Shipping
  • Maintain work order integrity
  • Analyze short- and long-term capacity to support production planning
  • Support SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operational Planning) processes with accurate planning data
  • Highlight risks to meet customer demand and propose solutions
  • Utilize ERP system (IQMS preferred) to manage scheduling and production data
  • Utilize and build reports in Excel and POWER BI to analyze data and track KPI’s
  • Monitor adherence to schedule and drive accountability and awareness across departments
  • Partner with Materials and INV Teams to reduce excess and obsolete inventory
  • Support cycle count processes and inventory accuracy
  • Lead and participate in plant improvement initiatives linked to scheduling and process flow
