About The Position

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Production Scheduler to optimize our production processes and ensure efficient resource allocation.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials management, and inventory control.
• Proficiency in using production planning software and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in production planning software (i.e., Infor Cloud AS, SAP, Oracle, JDE).
• Medium Excel skills, including experience with formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.

Nice To Haves

• 5+ years of experience in production scheduling or planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Certifications such as PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) or Certified Scheduling Technician (CST) can enhance job prospects.
• Associates degree or a degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and customer requirements
• Analyze production capacity and resource availability to optimize scheduling and ensure on-time delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to align production plans with business objectives
• Utilize advanced planning software and tools to monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary
• Conduct regular reviews of production performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Develop packaging for inbound and outbound products to support our clients
