About The Position

Description The Mission: We’re looking for a sharp, efficient Production Drafter to join our team. If you’re the type of person who loves the "puzzle" of production housing—turning master plans into clean, lot-specific sets without breaking a sweat—we want to talk to you. You’ll be the right hand to our Design Manager, keeping our library organized and our field crews moving. The Vibe: We’ve built a culture where we work hard and have a ton of fun. What You’ll Do: The "Lot-Specific" Shuffle : Take our master plans and quickly integrate options (3-car garages, double ovens, or alternate elevations) into permit-ready sets. Master Library Maintenance: Keep our standard plans updated with the latest code changes and design tweaks. Precision Drafting: Use your AutoCAD wizardry to manage X-Refs, Dynamic Blocks, and Sheet Sets like a pro. Problem Solving: Spot a redline or a structural clash before it ever hits the job site. Requirements AutoCAD Black Belt: You know X-Refs and Sheet Set Manager inside and out. Construction IQ: You understand how a house actually goes together (wood-frame construction, IRC codes, and buildable details). Speed & Accuracy: You’re fast, but you don't sacrifice quality. You take pride in a "clean" set of drawings. The Production Mindset: You enjoy the rhythm of a high-volume builder and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

• AutoCAD Black Belt: You know X-Refs and Sheet Set Manager inside and out.
